A little change can do you good!

So I have so many little things to post, so im hoping to get around to all it tommorrow!
But If you remember I was working on my list of things i hope to accomplish in 2009 well theres a 1000 things so im still working on slimming it down to about 5-10 lol so maybe give me a few more days :,but one thing that is a must for the new year is... well to be honest im not really ever satisfied with my photos after a shoot.i know it probably seems silly but its a huge frusteration for me.I can see the style i want my photos to have but i just cant seem to get them there.so year 2009 will be dedicated to gettin it right!I think the trick to this is not to think so much i find I really over think every thing when in most shoots.But the shoots i have gone into not thinking or hoping for anything are my favorites to date!So from now on im hoping to have a little bit more of vintage feel when it comes to editing and more sun beamed, natural, and realaxed.I think once i can start feeling like im accomplishing that ill feel much better about were my buisness is going!

I love new things!!

So i found this chair at winners and it will be PERFECT for shoots,I am in love with it,also the swab of fabric on the other side is for baby shoots the robins egg color has been sewn into a back drop and the mustard color was sewn into a a blanket so they will contrast each other...Cant wait to use them soon!

A little wish list!

So im still working on my goals for 2009.Alot has happened in the last year(good and bad)and im still pretty surprised at what i accomplished this far.But I know one thing I cant wait to do in January....
1.Finally just get that fish eye i have been wanting!not sure how much ill use it but im sure it will come in handy.

2.My couch has served as my office for the past year and as good as it has been to me.I think its time for oragnization sake to up grade and get my self some office furniture ASAP.So come January this will be right up on my list of things to do!

So everyone with babys make sure you book a session.look what i just got.Cant wait to use them in a shoot.I love the little gnome hat to.

oh the light

So im not a big fan of back drops and studios (all tho i cant wait to have my own studio one day thats bright and sunny!!!)but with a baby this good and cute its hard not to do a good job.Im still looking so forward to may when i can start doing way more out door shoots...including more BABIES!!!

Trying something new

phew i feels good to be caught up just a few more things to take care of not to bad though.So rather then keep you hangin at about the winter job that i forgot to blog and let you know about...im a very passionate person when it comes to things i love and one thing i have done since before i even have a memory doing it was skiing then when i was about 11 i made the big switch to snowboarding which doesnt seem like a big deal but that was when VERY few girls were even doing it.So inlight of that I got a position at the ski hill here in G.P,This may not be a big deal to most people but like i said im passionate and always find away to incoorparate what i like into my line of work so i feel pretty good about it so far,also one thing i weirdy really enjoy is sports photography.I never thought i would really like it but i do i really enjoy it so thats another reason i wanted to get that postion.I thought it would be a great chance to try it out alittle more.I find when you dream of doing things etc. they just happen for you when your ready...believe me i know!

Chapter 1 before chapter 2

So im so happy to finally say that im pretty much all caught up with editing.Just have a few things here and there to finish up. I even managed to get a few more photos on my site (with more to come later today),I even managed to tackel a little bit of my own wedding stuff in the last week! Im finding I need to keep reminding my self to slow down abit, I have a tendency to start 100 new things before perfecting the last so Im trying to slow down and just go one thing at a time.
